Wesley can make a mean batch of cookies. "Mommy, make cookies." He can almost measure all of the ingredients himself with minimal help and he can do a pretty good job at cracking the eggs. #1 cookie of choice is chocolate chip. His love of cookies isn't helping our waistlines at all. :)
