We decided to go to Jean Klock Beach for the afternoon, which had these really cool stones near the shore. The kids spent the first hour collecting them in their buckets.
Then we decided to do some burying...
Then we had a little snack time in the wagon...
Then we played around in the beach grass...
And then Wes & Addie practiced being Navy Seals...
The van is getting pretty loaded with sand, but we've decided to not worry about it until summer is over. :)
