Poor Little Wessy...

We got a call from daycare on Tuesday saying that Wes had a fever. I made a doctor's appointment for him and took him in to find out that they couldn't find what was causing his fever and told us that Wes had to be admitted into the hospital. Wes was a trooper and had to put up with LOTS of needle pokes. He even had to have a spinal tap to make sure that he didn't have meningitis. The tests found that he had a bacterial infection. He had to be given antibiotics and couldn't be released until his white blood cell count was lower. Finally, after two and a half days we could go home. I'm thankful that he is acting like his old normal self again and is on his way to being a healthy boy again.
