Weekend with Mommy

Wes and I were able to hang out together all weekend while Ben was up north 0n his annual "Men's Weekend" golf trip. Wes and I decided to go up north as well. We first went up to Wolf Lake to stay with my Uncle Al and Aunt Barb for a night. I also got to visit with lots of other family while we were up there. Wes got lots of attention. Wes was one lucky baby to share his beach tent with all the girls. They did a great job of keeping him occupied.

(Katelyn is on the left and she is my cousin Matt's little girl, Madi is in the middle and she is my cousin Sue's little girl, and Leah is on the right and is the girls' friend.)The next stop was Hamlin Lake in Ludington to spend a night with Renee Kolzow & and her daughter, Camryn. Renee's husband, Andy, was up golfing with Ben so she invited us to come hang out with them for a night at a cottage they were renting. Wes and I spent the day at the beach with Renee, Camryn and Renee's sister, Marissa. I would say it was successful beach trip. At least as successful as it can be with a two year old to chase and a four and a half month old to tend to. :)
